I was sure I did everything right before I arrived for my appointment. I had my resume examined by a pro. I used all the right buzz words in the interview. I was confidant but not cocky when I spoke about my abilities. I knew I was the right man for the job. 

How the heck did I miss the obvious. I will never forgive myself. When you apply for a job in HR in a sock factory you need to dress the part.
