R is for Scrapbooking with Rulers

Rulers in scrapbooking are almost always on cutters. I have a variety of different cutters. Each has a ruler on it. If I am cutting something very small, or up to 12 X 12 I have a cutter for it. Along with the “normal rulers” I also have special rulers that allow me to make different edges on my pages.
