The pandemic has given us plenty of time for self audit and reflection. What are the things that you need to repeat to yourself?
1.  I can decide to do nothing or do something every day.
2.  Staying safe is still a top priority with my comorbidities.
3.  Purging gives me more pleasure than purchasing.
4.  I can love my family, and still not agree with their decisions.
5.  Looking for gratitude, is still a top priority.
