The prompt is to use words with “cam” in them.

I came to this blog with lots of thoughts of words with cam in them.

The first to pop in my head was camera. My very expensive camera sits in its bag nonfunctional. I still don’t feel like going to a camera shop to get a quote to have it repaired. The good news is that I’m not going anywhere to snap photos anyway. I can take a picture of my garden or my dinner on my phone.

Next I thought about camouflage. I watched a rerun, a couple of days ago of Last Man Standing. Ed had purchased pink camouflage to sell to women. He believed because women like pink, it made sense. My thoughts were that that would be a great way to be seen in the forest. I realize it was for comedic humor.

Campaign popped in my head next. I am very grateful that the campaign commercials are off the air. (At least for the time being.) They annoyed the bejabbers out of me.

On a much more pleasant note, I have great memories of camping with my kids. I made my own roof-top luggage container. It was fun in my younger days. Now, I have no desire to sleep on the ground.

My last thought was of Cambria. It is a wonderful little coastal town on the Pacific Coast. When I have traveled there, I visited Hearst Castle. I took the Moonstone Beach drive, I was happy seeing all the ocean life. It’s been way too long since I’ve been there though.
