Today Dr Tanya is asking us to tell her:
5 Life lessons you have learned during the lockdown.
II wanted to do a post today, but life got in the way.
I’ve now read some posts, but not as many as I’d like.
I can write five deep thoughts about what I’ve learned, but then I wouldn’t make it before midnight.
1) I don’t need to buy things, just for the sake of retail therapy. My bank account is happy.
2) Staying home and enjoying my yard is a wonderful way to spend my time. Tending to what I already have is more valuable than buying new plants.
3) Setting boundaries with family and friends who are/were unvaccinated, is my right. I’d rather be safe than sorry.
4) Staying away from most of the news is healthy for me. I need to know some things, not everything.
5) Finding joy is my priority.
Staying away from negative news is the best.

I can relate to the garden even my son has found his inner gardener…As vaccines are not available here most people I know are unvaccinated but we take very good care to keep our distance and wear masks etc 🙂

I hope you are able to get vaccines soon. I am ready for the booster ASAP.

I try to skip the constant negative news and a lot of social media where people are being nasty and looking for fights…
