My question today is; What is one thing that you would like to change about yourself?
I have to admit two things came immediately to mind.
The first is that I would like to not have sweets (Chocolate of any kind) be my go to when I am anxious, worried, stressed, angry, etc. I am working on it daily. I am doing a pretty good job of it right now, but the truth is, it is a struggle.
The other thing that came to mind is that I would like to learn to accept the things I cannot change. This is a daily struggle for me. When you love and care for others you often feel like you should be able to help. As that is not always possible there is no reason to stress, worry, fear, about things you have no control over.
