In no particular order:     

Take a very long soak in the tub   

Meditate listening to a guided imagery podcast     

Relax on my backyard swing

Cuddle with my dog   

Stay away from the news

  1. All great advise! Two of my favorites ( actually, would truthfully be valid for all five)
    Eat a piece of dark chocolate….X 5!!) Lol…..however, the few times we’ve had a socially distanced, mask wearing, outside visit with a few friends has been a real mood booster!
